Who doesn’t like a quick snack? While healthy, homemade snacks are great, most of us don’t always have the time to make everything from scratch. And sometimes we just want to pick up a bag of cookies or crisps.
Since I began living gluten-free, I’ve been on a mission to find gluten-free snacks. And that has been fun. What has been less fun is trying to figure out labels to find out if a snack is gluten-free or not.
To save you some time I’ve compiled 7 yummy gluten-free snacks to buy right at Target.

I did not buy this flavor, but I have had Key Lime and White Chocolate Cookies from this company. And I was (gluten-free) cookie-heaven. The flavors were so good and intense. I mean really, really good, just thinking about it now makes me want to run down to our local Target
True Confession: I shared two with my family and ate the rest of the bag myself … and I didn’t even feel guilty. They were that good. But I digress.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the Key Lime cookies on the Target website but check out your local store.
Did you know that Macaroons are originally from Italy? Traditionally, they macaroons made are made with an almond paste. But there is also a type of Macaroons that is made from coconut.
A word of caution about macaroons. In the beginning of my gluten-free journey, I thought all macaroons were gluten-free but there are plenty of recipes that include flour (including the ones at Trader Joe’s)
Thankfully, the Absolutely Gluten-Free Coconut Macaroons are not made with wheat flour.
And I guess that if you enjoy Tate’s chocolate chip cookies, you’ll love the gluten-free coconut crisp cookies.
Whichever one you can get your hands. Grab a bag (or two); they are a real treat.
